NAOMI and PAOLA will talk about the traditions of Japanese cooking and the history of sushi in Japan, how the Japanese kept the fish without a fridge, and show the difference between maki and sushi. They will teach you to eat with sticks, like real Japanese, and of course to COOK MAKIS AND SUSHIS. Often, the Japanese talk about food, and when they eat they discuss the flavor of the dishes. Not to say OISHII (it's tasty) many times during a meal can seem rude. Come to us, it will be very Oishii! "The Japanese morning" will be held at Petit Espace Lhomond on September 29, 2019 at 10:30. Origami is the practice of folding paper, and for them Japanese is a living culture, the fruit of a millennial tradition. Just come with your 10 little fingers and a good mood to turn a simple sheet of paper into beautiful creations!
